What are the office hours?
Call Local Storage 10 AM to 4 PM to catch the owner. All other calls will be answered 24/7 by a helpful answering service during off hours.
What are the gate access hours?
Gate access is 24/7 at Local Storage!
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month OR longer term lease options. Store with us as long as you need it.
Are there public bathrooms on Site?
No, there are no restroom facilities on site nor water hoses.
Can I live in my storage unit?
No. If anyone tries to live in their rented unit, their rental agreement will be terminated. The Fire Marshall has his rules which we must obey!
ONLINE RENTALS are great, but How can I talk to a real person to address specific needs?
Just call! Someone will answer or return your call within hours.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Your Local Storage bill is paid online using a debit or credit card via autopay. Auto pay is set up automatically in your rental agreement.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables (like food - which attracts ants!), plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or combustible liquids.
What type of units do you offer?
Local Storage is filled with climate-controlled and drive up storage units as well as outdoor parking spaces. Give us a call to learn more.
Are dumpsters and trashcans provided?
No, there are no trash receptacles on site. All trash must be removed by tenants. Bathrooms, likewise, are NOT available.
Can I access my storage unit in the event of a power outage?
In the case of a power outage, the entry gates of Local Storage will not open (for entry or for exit). The keypad access to the climate controlled units will not function. Interior lights will not turn on. Local Storage will be closed during any power outage or internet outage event.
